Cancellation Policy

At Oxford Dental, we strive to provide exceptional dental care and ensure the utmost convenience for our valued patients. In order to maintain a well-organized schedule and accommodate the needs of all our patients efficiently, we have implemented the following cancellation policy.

Appointment Confirmation:
All patients are kindly requested to confirm their scheduled appointments in advance. A failure to confirm the appointment may result in its cancellation by the dental office.

Cancellation Notice:
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, necessitating the rescheduling or cancellation of an appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours' notice.

How to Cancel or Reschedule:
To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact our office by phone at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Our reception team will be happy to assist you in finding an alternative time that suits your schedule.

Late Cancellations and No-Shows:
In the event of a late cancellation (less than 48 hours' notice) or a no-show (failure to attend the appointment without prior notice), a cancellation fee may be charged to the patient. The cancellation fee amount will be determined by the type of appointment and the dentist's discretion.

Exceptions:
We understand that emergencies and unavoidable situations can occur. If you have an urgent reason for canceling or rescheduling your appointment within the 48-hour notice period, please communicate with our office as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Repeated Late Cancellations and No-Shows:
Patients with a history of repeated late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to additional restrictions when scheduling future appointments. Our aim is to provide quality care to all patients promptly, and consistent adherence to appointment times helps us achieve this goal.

Communication:
We encourage open communication between our patients and the dental office. If you have any questions or concerns about our cancellation policy or need to discuss any specific circumstances, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Thank you for entrusting Oxford Dental with your dental care needs. We value your time and cooperation in adhering to our cancellation policy, as it enables us to better serve all our patients efficiently and deliver the highest standard of dental care.
